JACOB WILLIAMSHERITAGE & PLANNING ADVISORY

About Jacob

A planner who understands the council side.

Jacob is an Aboriginal town planner with deep ties to the NSW South Coast. Years inside council planning teams mean he knows what assessment officers look for — and how to explain a proposal clearly.

Portrait of Jacob — coming soon

Jacob started his own practice to offer something simple: independent, personal advice, with the person you speak to being the person who does the work.

His work brings together planning experience, respect for place and a commitment to clear, practical advice — whether that's a cottage in a conservation area or an early-stage proposal on a regional site.

Outside work, Jacob has volunteered with the Rural Fire Service for over a decade — a commitment to community that carries into how he works with clients.
